What documents are required for a Power of Attorney?
  1. Valid ID/Passport for both the principal and the agent.
  2. Detailed scope of powers, specifying the Emirate and relevant authority.
  3. Language: AR / EN / RU (with a bilingual option available).
Can I complete the Power of Attorney entirely online?
You can start online by preparing and verifying the details. Some cases may require a visit to a notary public or a government authority to verify identity and complete the signing.
Can more than one person be authorized?

Yes, more than one agent can be appointed, with specific wording tailored to the intended purpose.

When do I need translation and attestation after issuing a Power of Attorney or Declaration?
If the document is to be used outside the UAE or submitted to a foreign authority, you will usually need a certified translation, followed by attestation from the Ministry of Foreign Affairs (MoFA), and possibly the embassy of the destination country.
Can a Power of Attorney be revoked after it has been issued?
