What documents are required to start a Power of Attorney request?
Typically: a copy of the passport or Emirates ID, details of both the principal and the agent, and information about the requested service.
Additional documents may be required depending on the type of Power of Attorney.
Do the prices include government fees?

We display our service fees separately from government or third-party charges (Notary Public / MoFA / Embassies / Translation) and provide a detailed cost breakdown before starting the process. 

Is attestation through the MoFA available?
Yes, we coordinate all MoFA attestation requirements and provide clear details on the applicable fees and processing time based on the issuing authority.

How long do the procedures usually take?
Processing time starts from a few hours and may extend to several days, depending on the type of document, the relevant authorities, and available appointment slots.
Can the entire process be completed online?
Most services start online, and we handle all digital steps for you.
However, certain procedures may require in-person attendance at the Notary Public or other government authorities, depending on the document type and verification requirements.
 
Will I receive a digital or printed copy?

We provide digital copies with the option of printed delivery or shipping upon request.
