1. Introduction

These Terms & Conditions (“Terms”) govern your use of the website instantpoa.ae (“Website”) and any services provided through it. By using the Website, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agreed to be bound by these Terms.

2. Scope of Services

Instant POA offers administrative and documentation services, including but not limited to:

• Drafting and preparing various types of Power of Attorney documents.
• Preparing documents for attestation or certification by competent authorities.
• Certified True Copy (document copying and certification coordination).
• Formatting documents and guiding clients on application steps and requirements.
• Coordinating, where necessary, with government departments, courts, or embassies.

Unless expressly stated otherwise, services are administrative and do not constitute individual legal advice.

3. User Responsibilities

By using the Website, you agree to:

• Provide accurate, complete, and up-to-date information when submitting any form or request.
• Not misuse the Website, including attempting to hack, disrupt, or overload its systems.
• Comply with all applicable laws and regulations in the United Arab Emirates.
• Not use the services for any unlawful, fraudulent, or prohibited purpose.

4. Fees and Payments

• Certain services require full or partial advance payment before processing begins.

5. Cancellation and Refunds

• You may request to cancel a service before work has commenced without incurring fees.
• Once document preparation or processing has started, payments are generally non-refundable.
• If a service cannot be completed due to a material error attributable to Instant POA, any fees paid will be refunded in full.

6. Limitation of Liability

Instant POA shall not be liable for:

• Delays or decisions made by government authorities, embassies, or other official bodies.
• Rejection of applications or documents due to rules, policies, or internal criteria of such authorities.
• Any misuse or alteration of documents after they have been delivered to the user.
• Any indirect, incidental, or consequential loss, including loss of profit or opportunity.

While we strive for accuracy and diligence, acceptance and final approval of documents is always at the discretion of the relevant authority.

7. Intellectual Property

All content available on the Website, including text, graphics, logos, icons, and layout, is the exclusive property of Instant POA or used under valid license, and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws. No content may be copied, reproduced, or redistributed without prior written consent.
